I have usually asked my HR to give me a letter covering the following details in the employment letter to avoid unnecessary questions at POE:

Guys,
After a long time I am logging into IV board. It was difficult period. Moved from TX to VA During January start. It took long to get me a good "matching" job and had to move on EAD. Sent the "proof of employment letter" to lawyer for AC21 notification.

Guys: With economy in such a bad state, how do you think he can even think about the immigrants. People are being laid off every day. I can see anger building on the face of Americans when they see foreigners. It will be a while before our voices are heard.

If the job description on the Labor allows 3 year degree. And if it is properly filed by the lawyer than there should not be any problem. I know few people who got their I-140 (EB3) approved from NSC with 3 year degree.

In my 485 application receipt my first name is not listing fully. MY EAd is also has the same name.DMV is not accepting the EAD card.instead of 16 letters in my first name it shows only first 6 lettters.
How can I change the first name in my 485 application.My 131 is also pending.
