I did some research and found out that American sentinel is not in Sevis approved list:

Check out the universities that are approved by SEVIS.
Accreditation and SEVIS and different entities. Hope this is helpful for others.

Your education evaluation is valid for a long period(not sure how long). I applied for my first H1 in 2000 and got education evaluation that time. Stamping didnot work out for me that time.
I applied for new H1 in 2003 and submitted same education evaluation that I got in 2000. I entered US and used same edu eval for transferring H1. I did not have any issues.
So you are fine. I dont know if this applies to all cases.

Hello, I am on the same boat... kinda...
I submitted the application with supporting doc paper base on June 2 and they receieved and signed the package on June 7 to NSC
Til today check was not cashed. I called the service center and the lady told me to wait til July 8 to call them again and they will look in to it... and she said since it's summer time NSC is backing up.... and it does take up to 30 days to get anything.
(However, I have been reading... ppl efile seem have better luck to get any movement... some ppl got the EAD card within 20 days!!!!!)
I read some ppl also did paper and after a month... they go for the efile... but I still did not hear if that would creat any problems...
I don't mind to waste the 340 if it can make my EAD processed....
I would rather have the card in my hand then check my checking account everyday to see if the check was cashed....
anyone did both paper and efile after one another and got approved????
anything helps!

The House floor failed to pass this bill and postponed until the undetermined date for final action."
This bills is to renew Conrad 30 program which is set to expire June 2008. This bill is sponsored by Zoe Lofgren and has been posponed until the undetermined date!
This is a vital provision for J1 physicians for waiver opportunities but I have not found much on this on the internet besides above quote from Oh law firm.

Check with your international students office. In our time, they needed to sign the I-20 before you/your wife can leave the country. I also think she needs a separate I-20 with a F2 endorsement. She should not just carry your I-20 with her name in it, then you are supposed travel with her. Again, these were the old rules and I am not an attorney and this is not a legal advise, just from my personal experience.

That is correct. If your employer is enrolled in E-verify then he needs to updated your information in that system otherwise just keep the form for record.
One correction - the employer does not update anything in E-Verify. It is a read-only system to the employers to verify the authenticity of document provided by employees.
