I reside in NJ. But I did my medical for whole of my family in New York for $185 each.
What was done under medical ? Vaccination , TB test , XRAY , ..

We urgently need a few people from San Jose to talk to NPR about immigration issues. If you are available today (Sunday Jan 13) or in the next two days, please send me a PM with your phone number asap. Don't worry about what you will talk - I can help you with it.
I've already tried contacting a few people from San Jose who had previously volunteered to be available to talk to the media but probably because of the weekend, I've not been able to get to them. So please other people from San Jose, please step up and help us out.

It is stating the obvious to say that blogs have been playing an ever important role in creating awareness of issues and shaping public opinion; yet we've not had a good representation of our issues in the blogosphere.
The flower campaign got a lot of attention in mainstream media but we did not have a good co-ordinated effort going on in the blogging community.
As we go forward, I think we should have a communication medium so that all the bloggers interested in these issues can discuss and execute strategies.
So if you are a blogger or are interested in becoming one, please join this Google group. Hopefully for future campaigns like rallies etc. we will be able to create more awareness in the blogging community.

Thanks, it doesnt generate an error so it should be alright. The panel still doesnt appear so I created it with asp:

Did anyone get their 140 approved from Vermont?
My 140 and 485 were filed late July 07 in Nebrasks and I got notices stating the 485 was transferred to Texas and 140 was being processed in Vermont.
The Vermont processing time for 140s has been stagnant at April 2006 for a long time.
Wondering if anyone has any updates on this.

Hello,
I would need to apply for transit visa to fly through UK. There is a UK consulate office in ATLANTA but not sure if they would give transit visa if I go in person there? Did anyone had any experience.

I got RFE on 485(field in Dec 2004) in last month for TB Skin test and employement letter. My PD is not current but INS is processing my application. I am waiting for physical notice from attorney. I have dependent whose AOS is not filed now I can not file due to retrogression.
With July bulletin my PD becomes current I am ready to file AOS to my dependent. Offcourse not sure that once I submitted to attorney how soon he will send to USCIS.
I have question that which one is best option to file dependet's AOS?
Submit dependent's AOS with evidences to RFE ? Means in same cover?
or
Submit dependent's AOS and evidences to RFE separatley?
Please advise.

OPT Can work even for training only right!!!
everify company wthout pay! just incase if we dont get a job, just any employer offer letter is good right!!

I'm talking about post completion OPT - if you have ur EAD card, u can travel with a valid and current employment letter. When it's pre-completion OPT, u r on F1 anyways so u should get stamping...

hello all,
I wanted a clarification regarding address change:
My company changed address recently from address City A to address City B (same county, same metropolitan area). Do you know if I need to do any LCA Amendment?
I had consulted a lawyer regarding this, he said we don't need to do any LCA Amendment since it is the same metropolitan area.
Also I am not getting any clear answers from any other websites.
Wanted to cross check with you all. If anybody know please help.

you can control the camera... just use the same technique as you do with the rest. On the left panel, select the camera option and go to town!
